Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more (after discounts, before tax)
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $5.99 on orders under $49
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Delivery: standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the order ships. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add a few days.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also see your order status anytime in My Account.
Wrong address or undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Taxes and duties
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.
